RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY U.S


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for reasons such as size, color, or workmanship you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery. Amir Adnan will inspect all returned merchandise to ensure it meets the following conditions:
•    Condition of Item: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
•    Original Packaging & Tags: All labels, hangtags, and packaging must remain attached and intact.
•    Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
•    Eligibility Window: Return or exchange request must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.


Shipping & Costs
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
•    For exchanges, outbound shipping of the replacement item is complimentary for one exchange per order.
•    Taxes and duties, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Important Notes
•    Sale or Final-Clearance Items: Marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
•    Single Exchange: Each item is eligible for one exchange only.
•    International Orders: This policy applies to U.S. orders only. International orders remain subject to local regulations and may not qualify for free exchanges.

REFUND POLICY U.S
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact helpdesk@amiradnan.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
•    Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
•    Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return or Exchange?
1.    Email Shaparusainc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2.    You will receive a prepaid label if the item qualifies for a free return (defective/incorrect items only).
3.    Pack the item securely and drop it at the designated carrier.
